These tree frogs are very odd, in that they climb as well as burrow nto the substrate. All members of the genus Leptopelis,
make burrows in the side of slanted substrate and lay their eggs in the hole, where they await heavy rains to wash them
down to a water resevoir. My big-eyed tree frogs burrow often but come out at night and climb around, hunt, and call. I got
my big-eyed tree frogs from:
Santa Fe Pets: 2.1.1 (Wild Caught)
I will be setting them up in another tank soon and hopefully cna get thme to lay some eggs for me.
